W.H. Machine Tool Service cc was founded by Swiss born "Werner Hürlimann" in September 1995.

Werner Hürlimann, born and educated in Baar, Switzerland immigrated to South Africa in 1975. After completing School, Mr. Hürlimann served his apprenticeship as a technical trainee in Switzerland for a period of 4 years, which included all technical and theoretical aspects in Machine Tooling. He is a highly qualified service engineer, with a service range from coordinating large projects to offering service advice on applications, tooling and fixtures.
Mr. Hürlimann attended several overseas training courses on machine tool servicing and specializes in both, the mechanical and electrical aspects of the machines. He is trained to qualify and to meet today's standards on various CNC Machine Tools. In 1981, Mr. Hürlimann joined a leading South African Machine Tool Company Retecon and rose up to the ranks of director and shareholder. He resigned in 1994 to start his own Business. "W.H. Machine Tool Services cc." was born in September 1995.
